Steps to use a heat transfer iron on labels:
- Place the sticker on the garment and gently rub it with your fingers to help it adhere.
- Place a piece of cloth over it (a kerchief works too) or a Teflon sheet over the transfer to protect it from direct heat.
- Using a household iron, press and move it over the sticker for 10–15 seconds with firm, even pressure.
- Allow the area to cool for about 10 seconds, then carefully peel off the plastic film.
