Shipping Information
Label Dost currently delivers to over 18,600 PIN codes across India.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is completely free for orders above 1200 INR. All prices are inclusive of shipping costs, no additional charges, even for Out-of-Delivery-Area (ODA) PIN codes.
Shipping Time
Order processing times depend on product availability. Most plain items are dispatched within 1–3 business days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll contact you to confirm whether you'd prefer to wait for restocking or receive a refund.
Please note that delivery timelines are based on estimates provided by our courier partners. While we aim to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, political disruptions, festivals, strikes, or lockdowns. In such events, delivery may be delayed by up to 3 days or more. Label Dost cannot be held responsible for such delays beyond our control.
Processing Time
Plain (non-customized) products are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom products require 3–8 business days for processing before they are shipped. You will receive print approval requests via WhatsApp or email.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience slight delays. We make every effort to minimize disruptions and will notify you promptly if any delay occurs in processing or shipping.
Change in Shipping Details
Please ensure that the mobile number provided at checkout is a valid 10-digit number of the recipient or point of contact. If the number is unreachable or incorrect, Label Dost will not be responsible for any delivery failure.
If you need to update the shipping address, please contact us before the order has been packed or dispatched.
Damaged Parcels
We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your package. This will serve as valid proof in case you need to request a return or replacement.
If the parcel appears tampered with or opened, please reject the delivery and notify us immediately. For further information, refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking updates via email and SMS. You can also log in to your account on our website to track your order under ‘My Account’.
Remote Area Shipping
A small surcharge may apply for deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access locations. We will notify you via email if your address falls under this category.
International Delivery
Label Dost offers worldwide shipping. Orders shipped outside India are charged based on actual shipping rates, depending on your destination country. Please contact us at support@labeldost.com to inquire and place an international order.
Additional Information
- All domestic orders are subject to GST. You will receive a GST invoice via email after placing your order. If you require another copy, feel free to request it by email.
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses in separate packages. Each shipment will include its own tracking details.
