Returns & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Important: Please record a video while opening the package as proof in case you need to request a return or replacement.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items:

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

- Custom printed orders

- Gift cards

- Design services

- Custom apparel

- Custom orders

To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Label Dost offers hassle-free returns. You may return any unopened item in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the shipment for a full refund, excluding courier/shipping charges.

Once your return is authorized, our courier partner will initiate a pickup. Please make sure the item is securely packed and the return label/address is clearly affixed before handing it over.

If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you, and you’ll need to arrange the return shipping on your own.

The contact number provided during the order must be a valid 10-digit mobile number. If the number is incorrect or unreachable, Label Dost will not be responsible for delivery failures.


Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can be cancelled only if requested within a few hours of placing the order and before it is packed or dispatched.
Once the order has been sent for fulfillment, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Note: Promotional/discount codes cannot be applied after the order has been placed.


Exchange Policy – Damaged or Defective Items

We take utmost care in packaging to prevent any damage. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it.

- Email us within 24 hours of receipt at support@labeldost.com

- Include images of the unopened, unused parcel showing the damaged areas

Once verified and approved, we will initiate a claim with the logistics partner. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the damage, we will send out a replacement.


Returns – Quality Issues

If you're not satisfied with the quality of a product, you may return it. Once the returned item passes a quality check, we will issue a full refund, less courier/shipping charges.

If you're returning only part of an order, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the final pricing of the remaining items, not the original total.

Please note: Custom printed orders are not eligible for return due to the personalized nature of these products.

Color variations may occur due to factors such as paper texture, ink, lighting, and screen settings. While we strive to ensure accuracy, minor differences are not grounds for return.


How to Return an Item

If you're not satisfied with your purchase:

   1. Email support@labeldost.com with your order number and reason for return.

   2. We will share the return address.

   3. Package the item securely with the original invoice and send it to the address provided.

Note:

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

- If your order had free shipping, the actual shipping charges incurred by Label Dost will be deducted from your refund.

- For items valued over INR 1000, use a trackable shipping service.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to reflect).

  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may apply).
